This model was designed to mark the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini in Sant'Agata Bolognese house and get out of the house 3 copies . However lucky it will cost 3 million euros (excluding taxes ) for one of the lucky owners of this model.
At this price, Veneno becomes the most expensive car in the world , just before the supercar General Motors Middle East & W, the Lykan Hypersport 2.5 million. The main specificity of Lykan pushing up the price is in the rear lights which are inlaid with diamonds as well as several pieces of pure gold in the cockpit.
The new Lamborghini is largely ( chassis, body and interior ) built with ultra lightweight materials like carbon fiber, CFRP , a reinforced carbon fiber used on Formula 1 engines polymer. These materials give the Veneno a total weight of 1,450 kg , 150 kg less than the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport ( € 2,000,000 ) .
Lamborghini Veneno is a real jewelry with a super-fast V12 engine of 6.5 liters, transmission ISR capacity 750 horsepower with a weight / power ratio of 1.93 kg / hp ratio . This allows it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km / h in just 2.8 seconds against 2.9 for the Ferrari 599XX (approximately € 2,000,000 ) which has a 6.0-liter V12 engine and 700 horsepower .
The Veneno is also the only one to have introduced the central fin stabilizer and connected to the adjustable rear wing manually.
The interior of the new Lamborghini wants to be very sports seats with "racing " made by Forged Composite ( patented by Lamborghini ) and the fabric used, the Carbonskin for the interior is made with carbon fiber, for more light and comfort.
The luckiest of us who were able to go to the Geneva Motor Show 2013 and admire the Veneno can give us their impressions of the characteristics of the most expensive in the world but certainly some are pretty ugly bolide , anyway less beautiful than its predecessor, the Lamborghini Aventador . You be the judge .
