Four years after its launch, the 370Z coupe benefits from the expertise of the department for a Nismo radicalized strong 344 hp versions.
Taking over from the 350Z in 2009, the Nissan 370Z is then displayed as one of the last representatives of a kind endangered: the cut propulsion accessible. Nissan has decided to react and to use its Nismo performance department, to offer its cut more radical version. On the technical side, the V6 gets 16 hp and 8 Nm to reach 344 hp and 371 Nm, while the chassis is optimized, including suspensions strengthened and enhanced braking. However, the most visible change is external, with a hesitant specific bodystyling between competition and tuning movie. The 370Z is well adorned with a large fixed spoiler, rear diffuser, side skirts and a front blade, all carbon color to contrast with the pearly white body paint.

The startup engine confirms that the changes made at the exhaust are not only aesthetic, with an increased volume. However, even during revving, this block never enchants the ear with its sound, which although quite hoarse remains hollow and undemonstrative. This disappointment aurally unfortunately continues regarding the character of the engine, very linear and flat, the relative length of the transmission ratios are arranging anything to the case. Mechanical nobility that such a datasheet hardly be expected to occur alas, and we saw many more forthcoming four-cylinder.
With a leading 0 à 100 km / h in 5.2 s announced, performance however are of a good standard, although very close to those of the basic model (5.3 s). However, the overall drop in prices recently made on the 370Z range (about € 5,000 less compared to equivalent version 2013) ultimately serves to reduce the maximum penalty of € 8,000 which it is subjected. And, given the low gain added by this variant Nismo terms of character, it is always the Pack Version (€ 35,900 without penalty) or the 370Z "basic", now available in France and costs of € 32,900, which seems like the real deal.
